I’m focused on helping people navigate through the frustration and confusion of a Spine, Disc, or Joint problem and return to strength training and activities like running, squatting, and deadlifting.

As a health and fitness professional, I’ve seen thousands of disc injury clients and hear it all too often. You are not alone! Too often, medical providers give out blanket strategies to those who struggle with pain and fear of movement due to a disc injury. You are incorrectly led to believe that advice like stopping all activities and resting, staying on garbage medications, passive modalities like ice, heat, or e-stim, injections, or surgery are the only options to resolve a disc injury.
Unfortunately these strategies often lead to:
more pain, frustration, and confusion
The belief that our bodies and spine are fragile
That we need someone or something to fix us
And that we are not capable of feeling strong and pain-free ever again.
I understand that you truly want to be in less pain and have more clarity and knowledge about what happened and what you can safely do. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with thousands of people with disc injuries in the spine and have seen how poor treatment can lead to fear of movement, weakness from disuse, and mental frustration that stops you from enjoying life.
