"Hi, Winter 2020, my pain appeared slowly and increased. I didn’t know what it was and sometimes feared something scary. Slowly after peaking, my pain slowly reduced until June 21, it flared again and luckily my MRI scan date had finally come and I found out I had a bad L4/5 disc herniation touching nerve route. I was relieved to know what I had and started researching online and found Chris’s helpful posts on the herniated disc Facebook page. I also bought Chris’s online course In October 21. I was lots better and then had a horrendous flare up January 22 after covid. Pain was hell and in February 22 I reached out to Chris for advice as I had the worst episode. I hadn’t had pain like this before. I feared the worst as before this herniation Winter 21 I had been in good health. I had feared working online as I thought it would be distant and not as personal but Chris gave me online help and we had a video consultation.
